Our shipping policy is Standard Shipping. This means that you could receive your merchandise from 24 hours to 8 business days approximately within Mexico, after your order is placed. We do not have shipments outside the territory of the Mexican Republic. If your area is extended, your order may be delayed a few more days.
Section 1 - Cost of Shipping
Shipping is free on purchases over $1600.00 MNX. For purchases under $1,600.00 MNX the shipping cost will be from$243.60 MXN, depending on the shipping method you choose. In sacks and platforms the shipping cost is against home delivery, it is paid directly to the freight company.

Section 2 - Delivery time
Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) before 12:00 pm ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will ship the next business day. The delivery time may vary depending on what you choose at the end of your order, for national deliveries it can be approximately 2 to 8 business days.
Consider that, in holiday periods and promotion seasons, delivery times may vary. In extended areas, the delivery time is longer depending on the parcel.
Section 3 - Shipment Origin
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Mexico City, 07870, Federal District, Mexico.
Section 4 - Shipping Address
Your order will be shipped to the address you left at the end of your order.It is the complete and absolute responsibility of the user to provide the complete and correct information. You can make changes to the addressas long as the order has not been shipped and delivery time may change. To make a change of address send an email to: email@example.com
If you are not at home, the parcel and logistics services will make 2 to 3 delivery attempts and leave a notification. After the attempts, they will be returned to our warehouses and we will be able to send them to you again, covering the cost of shipping again on your part.
Section 5 - Delivery method
We use logistics services from certified parcel companies such as Estafeta, FedEx, DHL, Red pack or UPS. Depending on the product and shipping address, we will choose the best package.
Section 6 - Shipment Notification
When your order is approved and your payment validated, we will notify you via email, message or Messenger (according to your choice at the end of the order) of the progress of your order. When we ship the package, we will send you the guide number so you can track your order.
Section 7 - Receipt of shipment
Upon receiving the order, verify that your products are complete and in optimal condition, otherwise validate our return policies. If possible, videotape the opening of your order for any further clarification.
